Atlan Stormwater is a leading supplier and installer of stormwater management and treatment systems across Australia. We provide tailored design, manufacturing, and installation solutions to councils, developers, and industrial clients nationwide.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This role supports both businesses, preparing accurate quotes, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth handover from sales to delivery.

National Maintenance Estimator & Invoicing Officer
Own and drive the national maintenance estimating and invoicing engine.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you will take responsibility for turning work into revenue, from pricing jobs through to issuing invoices.
You won’t just process tasks. You will keep work moving, follow things up, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role suits someone who thrives on volume, takes ownership, and pushes work forward without being asked.

Cost Accountant
Own and embed robust unit-based manufacturing costing across rotor moulding, precast concrete, and related production lines.
This role will drive:
- Accurate BOM and routing structures
- Full absorption costing integrity
- Margin visibility by product, plant, and project
- Inventory valuation accuracy
- Operational decision support
The position supports three Australian manufacturing sites and works directly with the COO and Head of Projects to ensure costing reflects operational reality — not spreadsheet theory.

Legal Contracts Administrator & Executive Assistant
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Legal Contracts Administrator & Executive Assistant to own our contract management process and support executive leadership.
This role is critical to ensuring that every contract is properly captured, reviewed, approved, executed, and tracked. At the same time, you will provide structured executive support to the CEO and CFO to keep priorities moving and operations running smoothly.
