I am passionate about practical stormwater solutions – complete packages that are easy to install, easy to design and importantly, easy to maintain. I enjoy the water quality side of things.
My job is to show the Atlan range to key stakeholders across the industry – from civil engineering firms that are designing stormwater ponds to ecological restoration companies and homeowner’s organisations.
I’ve always been surrounded by water. I love nothing more than going for a holiday at the beach, so the outdoors is really important to me. The responsibility of looking after it is something that I instil on my own children.

Brisbane QLD
QLD Installation Technician
We want to welcome an enthusiastic and dynamic Installation Technician to join the team. Supported and assisted by our team, you as the Technician will understand potential client needs and collaboratively present proposals demonstrating our value-based services to our clients. The role will be heavily focused on the Installation of Stormwater treatment devices.
To be successful in this position your presentation and communication skills are paramount. The ability to display initiative, take directions, and maintain high personal standards is critical.
QLD NT Internal Sales
Atlan Stormwater specializes in stormwater quality improvement and quantity management. We are seeking to grow our sales team to at our Augustine Heights office, and are looking for someone who will contribute to continuing the businesses growth in QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, sourcing new business, and building long-term quality relationships with clients and prospects.
QLD Drafting & Design Coordinator
The QLD Drafting & Design Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end drafting process for Queensland concrete projects, ensuring efficient communication and workflow between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Atlan’s overseas CAD drafting resources.
The role manages drawing priorities, allocates drafting work, monitors project progress and ensures drawings are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with Australian Standards, Atlan drafting standards and customer requirements.
The position acts as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the overseas drafting team, ensuring information is complete, technical queries are resolved promptly and manufacturing documentation is delivered to support production schedules.

We want to welcome an enthusiastic and dynamic Logistics Manager to join the team. Supported and assisted by our team, you as the Logistic Manager will understand client needs and collaboratively work with Transport Companies to deliver our goods to our clients in a way that represents our organization and core values.

NSW Maintenance Business Development Manager

Accounts Payable Associate
To support the Administration & Finance Team with accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable and other accounting transactions. To effectively manage junior team members in handling AP issues. Constantly & accurately checking inputs to ensure integrity in data.
Concrete Draftsman
- Produce detailed 2D drawings (and possibly 3D, if required) of precast concrete tanks, chambers, diversion units and related components, according to design input and project specifications.
- Interpret engineering plans, sketches, structural details and site information to convert into fabrication/shop drawings ready for production and manufacture.
- Work from existing modules or standard units of Atlan’s modular precast system and adapt for customised site/installation requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers and production staff to ensure drawing accuracy, correct dimensions, reinforcement details, connections, openings, lifting hardware, access covers etc.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards (e.g., AS/NZS, local structural precast codes) and Atlan’s internal drawing standards.
- Revise drawings based on feedback (design changes, client requests, site conditions) and maintain version control/documentation.
- Provide support for production/fabrication hand-off: generate drawings that are clear for manufacturing, shop assembly, mould construction.
- Coordinate with remote/onsite teams: attend design review meetings, capture design intents, maintain clear communication while working remotely.
- Maintain a library of drawings, templates, units, standard details; ensure that reuse of modules is efficient and consistent.
- Ensure remote works are carried out using the correct CAD software, file structure, layers, naming conventions as required by Atlan standard practice.
Accounts Receivable Assistant
The Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company by performing clerical and administrative tasks related to the efficient management and processing of accounts receivable transactions for the Maintenance department. The AR Assistant will ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations, process and monitor incoming payments, and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
