The team is a lot of fun. Everyone takes their job seriously but refuse to take themselves too seriously. I appreciate that we wake up and go to work making a difference to New Zealand’s pristine waterways.
I am passionate about practical stormwater solutions – complete packages that are easy to install, easy to design and importantly, easy to maintain. I enjoy the water quality side of things.
My job is to show the Atlan range to key stakeholders across the industry – from civil engineering firms that are designing stormwater ponds to ecological restoration companies and homeowner’s organisations.
I’ve always been surrounded by water. I love nothing more than going for a holiday at the beach, so the outdoors is really important to me. The responsibility of looking after it is something that I instil on my own children.

Queensland
Internal Sales (Augustine Heights, Brisbane)
Atlan Stormwater specializes in stormwater quality improvement and quantity management. We are seeking to grow our sales team to at our Augustine Heights office, and are looking for someone who will contribute to continuing the businesses growth in QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, sourcing new business, and building long-term quality relationships with clients and prospects.
Maintenance Technician (Augustine Heights, Brisbane)
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Technician to join our field operations team. Reporting to the QLD/NT Maintenance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, cleaning, and repairing vital stormwater treatment infrastructure across commercial and civil sites in QLD.
Business Development Manager & Sales (Augustine Heights, Brisbane)
Drive business development, specification, and sales of Atlan’s sustainable stormwater treatment, detention, and harvesting systems across Queensland’s commercial and civil sectors.
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, councils, civil engineers, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop a project pipeline from early design through construction.
Deliver technical presentations and consultations while collaborating with in-house engineering and design teams to provide tailored solutions. Manage regional sales activities, pursue opportunities, achieve sales targets, and expand Atlan’s market presence across Queensland.
South Australia
Installation Technician & Yards Person (Adelaide SA)
Install and maintain stormwater devices across various sites, including defence bases, fuel terminals, industrial warehouses, lakes, rivers, and apartments. Assist with warehouse duties such as loading, packing, and preparing deliveries when installations are not scheduled. Troubleshoot product and site-specific issues, prepare reports, and communicate with clients through site visits, emails, and phone calls. Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements, and work independently to manage daily work orders once fully trained.
Philippines
Management Accountant (Remote)
The Management Accountant is responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across the business. This role works closely with site teams to provide insights into financial performance and project outcomes across Australia (primary focus – 80%), New Zealand, and the United States. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytical, and confident working in a remote, fast-paced environment supporting construction and civil engineering operations.
Financial Analyst (Remote)
The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team and will be responsible for delivering critical business insights through in-depth financial investigations, data analysis, and strategic recommendations. This position involves gathering quantitative and qualitative information, developing solutions, and presenting findings to support robust commercial and operational decision-making. The role offers high visibility across finance, commercial, and operational functions, providing an opportunity to influence key business outcomes.
Finance Manager (Remote)
Leads financial, management and cost accounting and owns the monthly close across the Australian, New Zealand, US and Philippine entities. Fully remote role based in the Philippines, on day-shift hours aligned to Australian business hours, reporting to the Financial Controller in Australia. Delivers accurate, reviewed results, reliable balance sheets and inventory valuations, and a team that runs the close without escalation.
Power BI & Databricks Analyst (Remote)
Atlan Stormwater is seeking a certified, experienced Power BI Analyst to build and manage all Power BI resources across the business, along with management of the organization’s Databricks environment. This role will own the development, governance, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data pipelines spanning finance and other business functions, while also providing general analytical and business support to the Finance Transformation team as needs arise.
