We are seeking a highly proactive and organised GM & Office Assistant to support our State General Manager and ensure the smooth running of our office and operations.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will own coordination, administration, and compliance activities that keep the business running efficiently. You’ll play a critical role in removing distractions from leadership and enabling the wider team to focus on high-value work.

GM & Office Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and practical GM & Office Assistant to become the operational backbone of our state office.
This is not a narrow admin role. It is a hands-on, high-trust position supporting the State General Manager, keeping the office running smoothly, and making sure actions are followed through. The right person will be calm under pressure, commercially aware, detail-driven and willing to jump in wherever needed.
You will play a central role in keeping the GM, office and broader operations moving. From managing calendars, inboxes, meetings and reports, through to office coordination, fleet support, HR administration, compliance tracking, tender support and internal follow-up, this role is about making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

At Atlan Stormwater, we design and deliver innovative stormwater and environmental infrastructure solutions across international markets. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete & Fibreglass Draftsman / Estimator based in Colombia to support our US operations.
This role combines technical drafting and estimating responsibilities, supporting the preparation of accurate drawings, quotations, take-offs, and production documentation for precast concrete and fibreglass stormwater products. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, sales teams, and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Payroll & HRIS Coordinator (PH)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of payroll operations and HR administration. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing through Employment Hero, maintaining HR and payroll systems, supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries, and preparing payroll-related reports.

Own and drive the national maintenance estimating and invoicing engine.
