2019 Stormwater Utility Results with Professor Warren Campbell
Professor Warren Campbell Ph.D. P.E CFM presented the 2019 Survey Results for more than 1700 U.S.A Stormwater Utilities across 40 states as well as over 20 Canadian utilities. This is a survey that the professor personally coordinates every year since 2007.
This webinar will identify the minimum, average and maximum stormwater fees, the most popular rating method and the average community population within these communities that have stormwater fees in place.
Professor Campbell will use his extensive knowledge and years of experience to discuss first hand the methods of funding, political problems, costs involved, opposition and best methods for enacting a stormwater utility.
