AtlanFlow HDPE SN8 Stormwater Pipe
AtlanFlow SN8 HDPE corrugated pipe is a dual wall (corrugated outer wall and smooth inner wall) pipe engineered from high density virgin polyethylene (HDPE).
Light, strong and durable, HDPE drainage pipe requires low cover and is hydraulically efficient with superior performance in gravity-flow drainage applications.

Features & Benefits

Flexible Sizing
HDPE pipe available from 100mm to 1050mm Diameter Nominal (DN), suitable for various stormwater applications. 6-meter lengths instead of 2.4 meters for improved productivity and fewer joints. Engineered to offer SN8 to SN16 pipe capabilities, ensuring reliable performance.

Crack-Resistant & Non-Corrosive
Durable HDPE pipe composition that prevents cracking, ensuring longevity and reliability. Ideal for installation in marine and other harsh environments, resistant to corrosion.

Pre-Installed Rubber Ring Jointing System
Simplifies and accelerates the installation process for increased site efficiencies compared to RCP pipe alternatives.

Sustainable and Recyclable
100% recyclable, contributing to environmental sustainability.

Easier Installation
Pre-bundled for ease of on-site delivery with pre-installed rubber ring jointing system for simplified installation.

Cost-Effective
Reduced project costs and increased site efficiencies due to less need for joints, lower transport costs, and better truck utilisation.

Lightweight
HDPE pipe is 80% to 95% lighter than RCP pipe alternatives, reducing freight, on-site lifting. and handling costs.

Health and Safety
Lightweight HDPE design with reduced manual handling and improved safety for workers during installation. No silica exposure or associated risks during installation.

Quality Assurance
Meets ISO9001 and AS/NZS 5065 industry standards for quality and performance in HDPE pipe applications.

Manufactured in New Zealand
AtlanFlow SN8 HDPE Pipe is locally manufactured at our own pipe production facilities. Locally sourced pipe supplies ensure lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to imported alternatives that incur carbon costs during transportation from the producer to local markets.

Our AtlanFlow SN8 HDPE corrugated drainage pipe is made from Polyethylene (PE), a polymer known for its high stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio, excellent temperature performance, and impact resistance. PE’s chemical resistance makes it ideal for environments exposed to corrosive chemicals and substances.
Widely used in industries like construction, automotive, packaging, and agriculture, PE is particularly valued in infrastructure for pipes and stormwater systems due to its high resistance to corrosion, flexibility, light weight, and efficiency in fluid flow applications.
PE’s recyclability and resistance to UV radiation further enhance its appeal as an environmentally friendly and durable material. Its molecular structure provides stability and protection from sunlight damage, making it a reliable choice for various demanding applications.
