AtlanTrap
AT-SOURCE GROSS POLLUTANT TRAP (GPT)
AtlanTrap (formerly StormSack) is a SQIDEP-verified water quality device that provides GPT and filtration capabilities for stormwater treatment and WSUD (Water Sensitive Urban Design) applications.
Easily retrofitted into new or existing structures, AtlanTrap filtration technology offers a decentralised approach to stormwater treatment. This system allows conventional infrastructure, such as stormwater drains, kerb inlets, pits and catch basins, to be repurposed and customised to meet site-specific water quality goals.
Ideal for deployment directly in stormwater catchments to capture pollutants close to surface level – AtlanTrap is easy to install and maintain.
AtlanTrap’s serviceability from ground level reduces operational costs by ensuring direct, quick and safe access during maintenance and clean-outs.
Features & Benefits

Efficient At-Source Gross Pollutant Capture
Designed to capture gross pollutants, sediment, litter, microplastics, oil and grease effectively within stormwater drains, pits and catch basins.

Engineered for Water Quality
A decentralised SQID (stormwater quality improvement device), aligning with LID (Low Impact Development) and WSUD (Water Sensitive Urban Design) criteria for sustainable water management.

Adjustable Design
Standard sizes: 450x450mm 450x600mm 600x600mm 900x600mm 900x900mm Custom combinations of our standard range can be accommodated with specific framing and support systems. Contact us to discuss your project.

Retrofit Capability
Easily integrates into new or existing stormwater infrastructure, repurposing traditional systems to meet specific site water quality goals.

Ease of Maintenance
Direct grate access from site surface level, making cleaning faster and simpler with conventional vacuum suction equipment.

MUSIC Modelling
MUSIC modelling available to facilitate stormwater treatment train design, combinations with bioretention or other Atlan systems.
