for more than 1700 U.S.A Stormwater Utilities across 40 states as well as over 20 Canadian utilities. He is the creator of the WKU Stormwater Utility Survey published yearly since 2007. Currently his database holds information on more than 1700 stormwater utilities (SWUs) in the U.S. and 20 in Canada. Information from this database has been used and is widely cited in SWU feasibility studies for many communities, is referenced by water resources companies, local state and Federal government agencies, and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and abroad.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Campbell is active in the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM) and is the Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) Exam Workgroup Chair.
