Taking our \u2018Joy in Water\u2019 creed in his stride, his work developing our product range for NZ markets has seen approvals for Atlan products in key regions \u2013 including Auckland, Christchurch and Waikato.<\/p>\n
The team is a lot of fun. Everyone takes their job seriously but refuse to take themselves too seriously. I appreciate that we wake up and go to work making a difference to New Zealand\u2019s pristine waterways. Our waterways and beaches are known worldwide \u2013 and our job is to make them a bit better, every day.<\/p>\n
If we want a clean and prosperous future for our kids, we must protect our water \u2013 and Atlan\u2019s Joy in Water message rings particularly true in New Zealand.<\/p>\n
There is a Maori saying here that is:<\/p>\n
\u2018Ka ora te wai, ka ora te whenua, ka ora nga tangata\u2019<\/em> which translates to \u2018If the water is healthy, the land is healthy, the people are healthy\u2019.<\/em> This is absolutely true.<\/p>\n I appreciate Atlan\u2019s commitment to R&D \u2013 and we do more research than any other stormwater treatment company that I know of in the southern hemisphere. Our products are world leading \u2013 and being at the cutting edge is a game-changer.<\/p>\n We go to work each morning and we help local councils meet their stormwater quality requirements and create designs that meet site specifications for civil engineers to comply with council standards.<\/p>\n A key point of difference for Atlan in the NZ marketplace is that everything we sell is manufactured by Atlan \u2013 it\u2019s a local, high-performance product that helps keep delivery and pricing under control.<\/p>\n We have not long supplied the largest ever oily water separator ever made in NZ as part of a comprehensive treatment train solution for stormwater quality.<\/p>\n This flagship project saw us design, install and manufacture secondary treatment assets to hold 130,000 litres of hydrocarbon spill with stormwater flowrates of 70l\/sec.
