The national team has been operating <\/span>for a year now. SPEL is growing at a <\/span>fast pace, and we wanted to have a <\/span>dedicated team that specialises in <\/span>servicing consultants as well as high-<\/span>end engagement with councils and <\/span>authorities.<\/span><\/p>

We can give our clients the extra <\/span>support they need… and provide <\/span>conformity when it comes to the way <\/span>our products & projects are designed, <\/span>sized, modelled, and approved.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We want to be able to offer consulting <\/span>engineers options. There are always <\/span>specific constraints and (industry) <\/span>teams are under the pump when it <\/span>comes to resources.<\/span><\/p>

In our industry, people are often time-<\/span>poor, and SPEL\u2019s engineering team <\/span>helps relieve this stress – assisting <\/span>with quick turn-around models within <\/span>24 to 48 hours. We help our clients <\/span>meet important deadlines and project <\/span>timelines.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We can offer <\/span>a full treatment train of devices, <\/span>which optimises environmental <\/span>and economic outcomes \u2013 while <\/span>maintaining commercial viability.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tModern engineering is constantly changing - how does your team stay ahead?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

It all comes down to collaboration. <\/span>Collaboration and partnership. One <\/span>hand does not clap on its own – and <\/span>we are highly active in partnering with <\/span>academic partners and professional <\/span>associations. We want to share our <\/span>experiences and learn from others.<\/span><\/p>

Growth happens when you collaborate <\/span>and work together to reach great <\/span>outcomes. The most recent of these <\/span>is the development of our partnership <\/span>with EA (Engineers Australia<\/a>) with over <\/span>100,000 engineers as part of their <\/span>membership helping us with webinar <\/span>opportunities and digital collaboration.<\/span><\/p>

It joins our existing partnerships such <\/span>as UDIA & Stormwater NSW.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhat is in the pipeline for the EA partnership in 2023?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

EA is a key step towards connecting <\/span>with engineers from all different <\/span>sectors. We are looking forward to <\/span>creating valuable content that engages <\/span>the wider engineering market and <\/span>raises awareness of stormwater.<\/span><\/p>

Obviously, the advocacy part is <\/span>important \u2013 stormwater is still <\/span>considered \u2018a little forgotten\u2019 in the <\/span>water sector. <\/span><\/p>

Our job as a company is <\/span>to shine the bright light on stormwater <\/span>and ensure we do what it takes to take <\/span>the place it needs \u2013 and work with <\/span>councils, politicians, and the public <\/span>to secure better outcomes and thus <\/span>protect our precious waterways.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
